Fujifilm rolls out Esker’s full AI powered finance operations suite at OCS NZ
Seven finance functions now accelerated by automation and AI.
Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ has transformed facilities manager OCS New Zealand’s finance operations using artificial intelligence and automation.
As a result, OCS has become the first company globally to adopt Esker’s full suite of eight AI-powered, cloud-based finance automation tools in a single rollout.
In late 2023, OCS was seeking to automate its accounts payable process. However, over the following six months, the company expanded its vision to include the full suite provided by France-based Esker.
After a three-month training period, the first module, accounts payable, went live in November 2024. Since then, OCS has launched supplier contract management and expense management, with the remaining five modules scheduled for rollout by the end of 2025.

By digitising and automating previously manual tasks, such as generating customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders, OCS is accelerating payment cycles and improving accuracy across its finance operations.

As well as accounts payable, supplier contract management and expense management, the Esker suite automates a finance functions including procurement, sales order processing, accounts receivable and collections.

Esker was recently recognised in the 2025 Gartner magic quadrant for source-to-pay suites and ranks among the top four global automated payment solutions.
