Fujifilm rolls out Esker’s full AI powered finance operations suite at OCS NZ
Seven finance functions now accelerated by automation and AI.
FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand is proud to partner with OCS New Zealand, one of the country’s largest facilities management providers, to deliver a bold and comprehensive transformation of its finance operations using artificial intelligence and automation.
Through its partnership with the Process Automation team at FUJIFILM Business Innovation, OCS has become the first company globally to adopt Esker’s full suite of eight AI-powered, cloud-based finance automation tools in a single rollout. This marks a significant milestone in digital transformation for OCS in the New Zealand market.
OCS’s partnership with FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand began in late 2023, with OCS initially seeking to automate its accounts payable process. Over the following six months, the company expanded its vision to include the full Esker suite. After a three-month training period, the first module, accounts payable, went live in November 2024.
Since then, OCS has launched supplier contract management and expense management, with the remaining five modules scheduled for rollout by the end of 2025.

By digitising and automating previously manual tasks, such as generating customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders, OCS is accelerating payment cycles and improving accuracy across its finance operations.
