Irene is known for understanding complex business problems across various industries and successfully implementing digital transformation using best-in-class solutions such as Microsoft, Esker, Kofax and DocuSign.

A UK-born professional with 25+ years of experience in business improvement.
Graeme spent 18 of those years at Vodafone, both in the UK and NZ, managing financial shared services and heading the ERP support team. He also worked at Fonterra, Foodstuffs, and OCS NZ, delivering and supporting ERP and business process transformations.
In April 2020, Graeme joined Datacom, where he continues to contribute to the company's growth. Graeme is known for his expertise in driving efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing successful business improvements.
