With 24 years of financial experience, Vicky has been a driving force behind operational excellence at Animates for over 11 years. Never accepting “that’s the way we’ve always done it,” she embraces creative problem-solving and motivates her teams to continuously seek efficiencies and improvements to drive business success.
Currently CFO, she has also held key roles as Interim COO and IT Manager, leading critical IT projects including PayGlobal, Nav17, LS Retail, and Esker. Vicky’s focus on customer centricity and fit-for-purpose systems ensures staff are empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
