Mozima is a Credit Manager with 20 years of experience working for some of the largest New Zealand businesses such as Fletcher Building and Air New Zealand.
She has been with Fletcher Building for four years handling Fletcher’s Credit processes and managing their credit team. Mozima has been instrumental in implementing the Cash Application project and the resulting process improvements.

Michael has been with Fletcher Building for over seven years, initially within their Shared Services function, helping run Debt Recovery. After successfully delivering collections software across 15 Fletcher entities, he made a permanent jump into an IT role.
Michael has significant experience and expertise in both Finance & Credit, efficiently managing the Credit & Collection process on a global scale.
