Interface Customization: Users can tailor their workspace by adjusting the number of items shown per page, enabling or disabling text wrapping, rearranging data columns, and turning on a color-blind friendly mode.
Data and AI Visibility: The “Display origin” feature allows users to see exactly where data comes from, making it easy to identify which values were captured by AI versus those edited by a human.
Security & Redaction: Users can utilize a black highlighter tool to permanently redact sensitive information on documents before sharing them.
Secure Support Access: Users can grant temporary access permissions to support teams without having to share their passwords, complete with set expiry dates.
Backdating Out of Office (OOO): A crucial admin capability is the power to backdate OOO periods. If an invoice arrived before the OOO period started, backdating ensures the assigned delegate can actually see and approve it, keeping workflows moving smoothly.
Workflow Simulation: Admins can test new rules and workflow paths in a QA environment to simulate real scenarios before deploying them to live production.
Manual Task Triggers: Instead of waiting for a scheduled recurrence, admins can use a “Run now” feature to trigger scheduled tasks immediately.
