Source-to-Pay Best Results – Winner: Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited
Mitre 10 processes more than one million invoices annually. Following the implementation of SAP and Esker, the Accounts Payable team improved straight-through processing rates from less than 10% in 2024 to over 70% in 2025, with further improvements underway.
Source–to-Pay Best Results – Special Recognition Award: Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora
Health New Zealand has processed over one million invoices since going live in August 2024, reducing average invoice processing time to just one day and pioneering eInvoicing through Esker and PEPPOL.
Source-to-Pay Best Results – Special Recognition Award: Pacific Health Group
Pacific Health Group successfully scaled its finance operations after moving to Esker’s Accounts Payable platform, doubling invoice volumes following the acquisition of Wellnz and deploying automation for subcontractor invoicing.
Source-to-Pay Biggest Champion: Nikki Orange, Business Services Manager, Gallagher Group
Nikki was fundamental in leading the team to deliver the Esker Procure to Pay (P2P) upgrade. Through excellent planning, close collaboration with the FUJIFILM Business Innovation team, and the development of a robust internal testing approach, she ensured her team knew what to do and when, while engaging stakeholders across the globe. All of this was achieved while normal operations continued. Nikki is now focused on leveraging the additional functionality gained from the upgrade to drive further process and operational improvements.
Advocate of the Year – Winner: Debby Wong, Finance Director, Australia & New Zealand, OCS
Debby has been a strong supporter of FUJIFILM Business Innovation and Esker since the beginning of her organisation’s automation journey. Most recently, she shared her experience in front of hundreds of finance leaders at the CFO Summit in Auckland, inspiring peers with her story. Her team has also worked closely with FBNZ to publish media releases and case studies, helping to showcase New Zealand’s automation successes in the marketplace.
